What Youll Be Doing:
Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution – aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Establish and continuously optimize operating processes, workflows and rituals that boost clarity, efficiency, and speed – while staying aligned with company goals.
Track and interpret KPIs and operational data, connecting the dots across multiple inputs to create clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
Turn fragmented information into a cohesive story, to support prioritization, effective communication, and goal alignment at every level.
Build the operating rhythm that keeps the team focused on what matters most – with crisp updates, and structured forums for alignment.
You have 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Product Operations, or cross-functional project management – or any role that turned you into both a strategic thinker and an effective doer.
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are comfortable context-switching, adapting quickly, and figuring things out as you go.
You speak fluent cross-functional whether its engineers, analysts, or marketers, you connect, collaborate, and lead without formal authority by aligning stakeholders, driving progress, and building trust.
Youre both hands-on and detail-oriented, while also able to zoom out, see the big picture, prioritize effectively, and ask the right questions. Youre resilient and capable of moving initiatives forward with limited direction.
You bring exceptional communication skills, high ownership, and a proactive mindset that helps teams stay focused and aligned.
Its a plus if youre comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and BI platforms.
Its also a plus if you have experience working in Agile environments – youre familiar with iterative planning, daily standups, and cross-functional sprint execution.
