Responsibilities:
Design, build, and integrate AI-powered tools that solve real internal needs.
Use LLM APIs (like OpenAI) to create solutions for code generation, testing, documentation, and more.
Understand internal pain points and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
Own projects end-to-end from idea to working solution.
Conduct prompt engineering, experiment with fine-tuning, and evaluate different AI models.
Requirements:
3+ years experience with software development (preferably in NodeJS).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Experience with integrating AI solutions in data pipelines, and production-level systems.
Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, or open-source models).
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and basic model tuning.
Ability to translate abstract problems into practical AI tools.
Curiosity and a hacker mindset you like to build, try, break, and improve.
