Were looking for an experienced Copywriting team lead to head up our team of marketing writers in Tel Aviv. This is a leadership role that blends creativity, team management, and cross-functional collaboration. As Copywriting team lead, youll raise the bar for the quality and impact of all our marketing copy across the company and Motion Array. Youll mentor a talented team of writers, make sure our messaging stays sharp and consistent, and work closely with teams across the company to bring our brand voice to life.

* Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing, UX, and Help Center writers, giving regular feedback and guidance.
* Own and continuously improve the voice and style guides for us and Motion Array.
* Review and edit copy across channels ads, landing pages, blogs, emails, CRM, product messaging, social media, and press releases to make sure everything we publish is top-quality and on-brand.
* Manage team workflows, prioritize tasks, and keep projects on track
* Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Performance Marketing, Design, and other teams to make sure our copy supports bigger business goals.
* Lead initiatives to boost copy performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and smart best practices.
* Represent the Copywriting team in stakeholder meetings, quarterly planning, and other key discussions.
* Oversee localization projects and freelancer management, making sure quality stays high.
* Lead hiring, onboarding, and development for new writers as the team grows.
* Keep up with the latest industry trends, AI writing tools, and innovations to help us work smarter.
