We are seeking a DevOps Architecture Team Lead for a significant and challenging role, designed for professionals with deep knowledge and experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
Managing and leading a team of architects, including professional mentoring and personal development.
Leading technological projects and DevOps architecture initiatives.
Overseeing design in an environment with multiple technologies and interfaces.
Acting as a senior technical authority, responsible for drafting and approving technical DevOps documents for company projects.
Collaborating with development, IT, and security teams to enhance integration and system stability.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading technical teams.
At least 5 years of experience in DevOps.
Proficiency in Kubernetes.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab.
Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools, including Terraform, Ansible.
Experience in cloud and on-premises environments.
Security clearance a major advantage.
