Analyses, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
Create POs, Work Orders, Sales Orders to Distribution Centers, Shipments and execution follow up.
KPIs Monthly follow up and reporting to management level on KPIs
Reports issue and analyze weekly and monthly reports such as plan vs actual, inventory analysis and take actions to meet the targets.
Material follows up Initiate requisitions, mange shipment to the production floors at the CMs, priorities material for validations, First Article Inspection and NPI
Collaborate with Purchasing department and CMs procurement functions.
CM material shortages monitoring
OTD suppliers, inventory turns, back order, Backlogs and others works independently under Sr Planning supervisor
Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level specialists; may manage projects / processes.
Organizational Impact: May be participate for SC projects or processes within job area
Contributes to the completion of work group objectives, through building relationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments.
Innovation and Complexity: Problems and issues faced are difficult, and may require understanding of multiple issues, job areas or specialties.
