We are searching for an experienced software engineer to join our R&D department. The team extracts and analyzes a huge amount of data from the latest IT technologies available today.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Software Tech Lead, your responsibilities will include leading the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and prioritize tasks, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers. You will ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed, and monitor and improve system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
At least 4 years experience as a Software Engineer or Tech Lead.
Proficiency with C# or Java.
In-depth experience in server-side development, multi-threaded and asynchronous development.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
