What you'll do:
Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
Providing first-level support for system-related queries and various technical needs.
Coordinate team support and collaborate with system administrators to escalate and resolve issues as necessary.
Monitor and track system processes to ensure smooth execution.
Perform routine audits to maintain data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
Provide training and support to HR team and other end users on HR systems functionalities, best practices, and system updates.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and data security.
Generate and analyze HRIS reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and recommend system enhancements or upgrades as needed.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to optimize current and future HRIS modules, features, or functionalities.
Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports to support business needs.
Documenting system processes, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Learn and stay current with HRIS best practices and new functionalities with the support of the HRIS team.
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel.
1-3 Years of experience in an HR operations or HRIS support role.
Degree in Industrial Engineering / Information System Engineering or equivalent.
Previous experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and GreenHouse.
Strong verbal and written proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal and technical support skills with attention to details.
High integrity and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
