Responsibilities:
Pull, analyze and clean raw data from various data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency and integrate into the ETL process
Develop and automate data pipelines for reporting and analysis, working with ETL processes
Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, or similar
Translate business requirements to technical specifications
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in revenue-related data to support decision-making, optimize workloads and improve performance
Design and own our Data Warehouse
Work with a variety of databases and maintain our BI data platform (Tableau, Snowflake, S3)
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports, visualizations, and analyses to stakeholders across the business
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, integrity, and reporting tools
Advocate for data-driven decision making across the company by empowering stakeholders with reliable and self-service data access
Continuously learn and stay up to date with BI best practices and trends in data analysis and engineering
At least 3 years in either data engineering and analyst role and/or BI Developer.
BSc/BA in highly quantitative field such as mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Data Modeling and Dashboard creation skills
Analytical Skills and Data Warehousing experience (preferable)
Expertise in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data querying languages
