we are growing and looking for a talented & enthusiastic Backend NodeJS Team Leader to manage the application team.. In this position you will:
Be the technical expert and go-to person for the scalable cloud-based backend.
Lead a team of 4 talented developers in Israel and an additional off-shore team in India.
Lead the development of large-scale cloud architecture in AWS for running AI-based analysis and video management.

Requirements:
BSc in computer science or related field.
7 or more years of software development out of which 3 are in NodeJS backend.
2 or more years of solid experience with cloud computing. Preferably AWS.
Strong HO developer. Good understanding of design patterns and development methodologies.
Proficiency in: NodeJS backend, AWS, MongoDB, Redis, Microservices.
Effective written and verbal English to communicate with our international team.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
Great interpersonal skills, team player that encourages people to be their best selves.
BSc in computer science or related field.
