Data & Experimentation-Driven Comfortable leading teams that use data, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics to optimize growth.
Strong Leadership & Communication Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling product teams across different functions.
Customer-Centric Mindset Passionate about building products that delight users, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
Technical & Business Acumen Ability to work closely with engineering teams while also contributing to high-level business strategy.
International Market Experience Familiarity with launching and optimizing products in diverse global markets.
