As the Head of UX, youll lead a team of talented UX/UI designers and play a key role in shaping the future of our company's products and user experience. This role requires a strategic leader who can bring clarity to complex challenges, navigate technical platforms and business-centric products, and build strong teams and scalable systems. In your day-to-day, you will:
Collaborate cross-functionally to enable teams and align UX strategies with business goals
Provide strategic design direction, ensuring alignment with user needs and company objectives
Help evolve our design systems and platform-wide UX infrastructure for scale and consistency
Provide hands-on guidance through design reviews, critiques, and feedback that raise the quality bar
Coordinate project prioritization and planning to deliver impactful results
Mentor and grow the UX team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:
5+ years managing product design teams
Mastery of UX and UI design principles and practices
Proven experience in research and data-driven design
Strong technical understanding and familiarity with AI-driven UX workflows
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Skilled communicator with the ability to align stakeholders, manage complexity, and resolve cross-functional challenges
Experience with large-scale platforms and design systems an advantage.
