Define and drive the UX strategy for our company's Payments, embedding UX deeply into business and product decision-making
Lead a high-performing UX team, fostering a strong design culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align UX initiatives with broader business objectives
Own and influence major product initiativesfrom shaping seamless onboarding flows to creating next-generation AI-powered UX experiences
Push innovation in fintech UX, setting new industry standards for usability, trust, and accessibility
Shape roadmaps, prioritize UX efforts, and ensure that UX not only supports but drives key product and business initiatives
Create and execute a structured team growth plan, mentoring designers and cultivating a unified, world-class UX voice.
