We are looking for a Validation and Verification (V&V) Engineer to join our team and play a key role in system testing for multidisciplinary IoT products within our Water Management Ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities:
● Designing a testing strategy, creating test plans based on system requirements
● Writing tests ready for automation
● Testing electrical, functional, communication, and integration aspects of a product throughout its life cycle
● Writing test reports, Fault documentation, verification of resolved issues,
● Participating actively in integration activities and complex failure analysis
● Working closely with the departments of Software, Firmware, Hardware, and Mechanical Engineering as well as System Engineering

Requirements:
● Practical engineering degree in Electronics or Software
● At least 3 years' experience in a QA or V&V role within a multidisciplinary product development company
● In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies as well as the ability to write and maintain documentation related to tests
● Analytical thinking and attention to deail
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills
● Good verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Advantages:
● Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot
● Hands-on hardware testing experience (PCBA level), including use of current measurement equipment and communication equipment, such as RF analyzers
● Familiarity with software/hardware interfaces
● Knowledge of IoT and cellular protocols such as LoRa and CAT-M
● Basic programming and scripting experience
