Architect, develop, and test cloud-native microservices, ensuring they meet our high standards of scalability and reliability.
Deeply engage with a range of tech stacks, showcasing your expertise beyond a single framework, particularly in cloud services, Linux, and containerized environments like Kubernetes and Docker.
Enhance our platform's core workflow engine, contributing to the development of enterprise-level applications and services that set Blink apart in the market.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure our solutions are perfectly tailored to customer needs.
Grow a culture of continuous learning and improvement, mentoring team members and guiding their professional development.
Lead best practices in observability by implementing effective logging, metrics, and tracing systems.
Design and build systems with security at the forefront, understanding and applying key security concepts to protect our customers and their data.
4+ years of high-level backend development experience, with a proven track record of working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong foundational knowledge in Internet & Operating Systems, including DNS, HTTP, I/O, and Resource Management.
Hands-on experience with a variety of tech stacks, with a preference for candidates experienced in our current stack.
Proficiency in cloud services, Linux, and container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
Skilled in implementing observability tools and practices in a production environment.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Expertise in Message Brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, and designing systems for scale including knowledge of distributed systems, throttling, backpressure, and circuit breakers. (Bonus)
