What You'll Do
Shape the vision: As a Tech Lead at BiltOn, youll play a pivotal role in defining our technical vision and guiding the evolution of our services and products. You'll lead advanced engineering efforts, apply research to improve productivity, and translate business goals into actionable technical plans.
End2End Impact : Own and drive the development of complex features across both web and mobile platforms (React, React Native, Node.js).
Drive engineering strategy: Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and monitored effectively. Champion CI/CD, lead design reviews, and uphold engineering standards across the team.
Guide the team: Support and mentor a team of engineers with diverse experience levels. Foster accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence
Own the lifecycle: Take features from concept to deploymentbalancing speed, quality, and scalability.
Champion reliability: Own production readiness, infrastructure awareness, and system robustness.
Mentor and grow: Share knowledge, review code, and invest in the professional growth of junior and mid-level developers.

What You Bring
7+ years of experience in full stack development (web and/or mobile), with a strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js.
Experience with AWS, Nest.js, Next.js, GraphQL, Prisma, or Expo is a big plus.
1+ year in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
Proven experience delivering high-impact, production-ready products in fast-paced environments.
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working in English-speaking technical environments.
A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
