Key Responsibilities:
Product Development Ownership:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of features and enhancements for the product.
Ensure technical solutions align with product goals and customer needs.
Technical leadership
Guide the team in best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
Team Management and Development
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Conduct performance reviews and support individual growth plans.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
Work closely with Product Managers to translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and other teams.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the product.
Optimize workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and inspire technical teams to achieve goals.
Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and integrating them into product development.
Experience in managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
