Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including R D, prototyping, testing, regulatory approval, pilot production, scale-up, commercialization, and market launch.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-departmental teams (chemists, engineers, marketers, sales, legal, etc.) ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
Timeline Budget Control: Develop and maintain detailed project plans and budgets. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the regulatory strategy for the chemical material, ensuring all documentation and processes meet industry and governmental requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field. PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in chemical, materials, or industrial product sectors.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional product development projects from concept through commercialization.
Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle, including formulation, testing, validation, and market launch.
Familiarity with regulatory environments affecting chemical/materials production and commercialization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects under tight deadlines.
