-Qualified lawyer with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.
-Graduate of a leading academic institution required.
-Background in the high-tech department of a top-tier law firm or from the legal department of a tech company strong advantage.
-Substantial hands-on experience with commercial agreements and business negotiations.
-Full professional fluency in English must.
