What You'll Do:
Drive the adoption of AI-based development tools and workflows across the R&D organization.
Identify, evaluate, and experiment with emerging AI technologies that can enhance developer productivity and code quality.
Work closely with developers, team leads, and stakeholders to integrate AI into day-to-day development processes.
Act as a cross-team enabler, helping teams overcome technical and cultural barriers to AI adoption.
Lead internal initiatives, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote AI-driven practices.
Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, SDKs, and developer-focused platforms, and assess their relevance to our tech stack and workflows.

Proven software development experience, with hands-on familiarity with modern IDEs, developer tools, and workflows.
Deep interest in AI and its applications in software engineering including copilots, AI-assisted programming, and code generation.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, experiment, and lead change across teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills comfortable influencing engineers and managers alike.
Ability to think strategically and translate AI potential into practical engineering wins.
Experience in R&D organizations or platform/DevEx roles advantage.
Prior experience with AI tooling, prompt engineering, or LLM-based integrations advantage.
