We are an AI-native GRC looking for a driven, people-first Alliance Manager to lead and grow our strategic partnership with AWS.
You will own and scale our AWS partnership to drive co-sell opportunities, influence roadmap alignment, and increase our presence in the AWS ecosystem.
What Youll Do
? Lead AWS Partnership Be the primary point of contact for AWS partnership teams, building strong, trust-based relationships across AWS segments (sales, marketplace, partner teams).
? Drive Co-Sell Motion Identify and execute co-selling opportunities with AWS.
? Maximize Marketplace Impact Oversee our AWS Marketplace strategy, from listing optimization to private offers and marketing development funds (MDF).
? Build Process Define and implement repeatable processes to manage alliances, report on progress, and scale future partnerships.

? 5+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development roles with at least 2 years focused on AWS ecosystem.
? Proven track record of driving revenue through cloud partnerships and co-sell motions.
? Strong understanding of AWS partner programs (ISV Accelerate, Marketplace, APN, etc.).
? Sales-oriented mindset with a people-first approach to relationships and influence.
? Highly organized, methodical, and results-driven you thrive in environments where you own and build new systems.
? Self-starter and team player ready to be hands-on and pave the way for future alliance hires.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
