Assistant Controller at a global publicly traded industrial company.
Including:
– Preparation of quarterly financial reports by US GAAP & managerial reports.
– US/Il compliance reporting including income tax and consumption/sales tax tax filings
– Support US/Il local regulations and activities including local insurance, local initiatives
– Lead projects and activities including as part of establishment of new activity
– Address local compliance and reporting requirements, lead activities with the US team and consultants
– Control over inventory management and valuation, includes stocktaking.
– Perform and review internal controls and SOX controls.
– Working environment includes mainly SAP ERP system and MS Office.
– Job includes ongoing communications with the company’s sites in the USA.
