Requirements:
6+ years of software development experience, including hands-on coding in Java or Python
2+ years in a leadership or leadership-adjacent role (team lead, scrum master, technical lead, etc..) ideally in a mid-sized company
Someone whos naturally seen as a technical authority others turn to you for guidance
Strong experience building scalable microservices, using technologies like Spring Boot, Flask, AWS, RabbitMQ, Docker, MongoDB, etc.
