Lead a team of software and quality engineers working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems.
Oversee SaaS and On-Premise production systems in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
Manage the technical backlog and advance the product to the next level.
Work closely with customers to understand their use cases and continually improve their experience with the product.

Identify and manage security risks and issues, ensuring all stakeholders deliver on time and meet required security and quality standards.

At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Scala/Java/.Net Core.
Experience developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems.
Understanding of SaaS products and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and a context-switching environment.
Personal characteristics: Team player, fast learner, highly motivated, creative, value-driven, and willing to work in a demanding environment.
Cybersecurity background is an advantage.
