Responsibilities:
– Recording daily financial transactions.
– Recording credit card transactions, invoices, payments, and monthly reconciliation.
– Responsible for bank accounts including daily reconciliation and monthly controls.
– Process travel & expenses reports and maintain approval flow.
– Perform all activities related to accounts payable including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors, preparing AP reconciliation, AP aging reports, and recording vendor invoices.
– Assisting with month-end closing and other projects as needed.
– Working closely with the Lead Bookkeeper and the rest of the Finance Team.
– Assisting with other bookkeeping responsibilities (for example, payments to suppliers, VAT returns, etc.)

– Certified bookkeeper Level 2 Must.
– Proficient in English.
– 1-2 years of proven bookkeeping experience.
– Technologically oriented person.
– High level of quality awareness and attention to detail.
– Experience in working with multiple currencies, and multiple entities/subsidiaries.
– Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion
– MS Office Proficiency, especially with Excel.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
– Pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity, team player with excellent interpersonal relationships, a can-do approach.
– Experience with NetSuite ERP system and dual-currency systems (ILS + USD or ILS + EUR) an advantage.
