We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Project Manager to join our fast-growing global fintech group. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and scaling our compliance operations, with a focus on KYC onboarding and AML processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build measurement and reporting frameworks, and drive automation across our compliance lifecycle.
The Compliance Operations Project Manager will report to the Compliance Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve current KYC onboarding and AML-related processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
Lead cross-departmental collaboration with Product, IT, CX, and other stakeholders to enhance regulatory operations.
Design and implement operational KPIs and dashboards to measure performance and efficiency across the Compliance Operations team.
Establish and manage a structured knowledge management hub for internal alignment and training.
Provide ad-hoc support for compliance-related reporting, including AML, sanctions, MCC classification, and more.
Serve as a key player in enhancing customer experience throughout the onboarding process while ensuring compliance with evolving global standards.

Ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with AML laws, KYC onboarding requirements, and sanctions screening an advantage.
Fluent in Hebrew and English additional languages are a bonus.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with internal systems and performance dashboards.
Nice to have:
Experience in customer-facing operations or customer support a plus.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field an advantage.
