CRM Dynamics Project Manager A leading organization in the CRM field is seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in project management. Responsibilities:
* Managing CRM Dynamics projects end-to-end
* Collaborating with development teams
* Translating business requirements into technical specification documents (User Stories)

* Proven experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 products – mandatory
* Experience in upgrade projects – advantage
* Experience working closely with development teams
* Leading and managing requirement gathering and process improvement
* Coordinating between various stakeholders and driving project collaboration
* Effective management of client interfaces
* Matrix management of multiple internal stakeholders
* Managing project timelines, budget, and team activities
