The opportunity
We are looking for a knowledgeable Data and Reporting Analyst to join our global Omnichannel Operations team in Zagreb, Croatia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new QlikSense dashboards, migrating existing QlikView reports to QlikSense, and supporting the overall BI reporting and analytics initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and a good understanding of business processes to help translate requirements into insightful reports.
How you’ll spend your day
Design, develop, and maintain QlikSense dashboards and reports to meet business requirements
Migrate existing QlikView dashboards and reports to QlikSense, ensuring the new solutions are optimized for performance and user experience
Build and maintain data models in QlikSense for optimal data representation and reporting
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand reporting needs, and provide effective BI solutions
Adhere to BI best practices for data governance, security, and scalability in QlikSense development
Create documentation for developed solutions and conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use QlikSense dashboards effectively
Support commercial Omnichannel campaigns with developing different dashboards and visualization
