Requirements:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
M.Sc. with Thesis in Data Science related field (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or a similar role, successfully delivering ML/Data solutions.
Experience using Python for data science and machine learning, including hands-on familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. Experience working with complex codebases and quick to learn new tools, libraries, and paradigms as needed.
Practical experience working with LLMs (e.g. prompt engineering) and classic ML/NLP techniques to create high-quality solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Independence and ownership, ability to come up with innovative solutions and evaluate them quickly.
Experience with experimental design, data manipulation, analysis, visualization and developing evaluation metrics for ML models.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
