Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly talented and hands-on DevOps Team Leader to join our team and drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD excellence, and cloud scalability. This role requires a strong technical leader with a proven ability to lead teams and execute hands-on DevOps tasks.

Responsibilities:
Lead a DevOps team by providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in infrastructure, automation, and deployment.
Take a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and modifying CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and cloud environments.
Own and optimize CI/CD processes for cloud environments, focusing on AWS & AWS Gov.
Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on networking and AWS Landing Zone architectures.
Work closely with developers, security teams, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation into the development lifecycle.
Enforce software development best practices within DevOps, including clean code, version control, testing, and high-quality automation standards.
Improve and shorten development and deployment cycles, ensuring fast and reliable delivery of services.
Troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure challenges in real-time, ensuring stability and performance.
