We are hiring an experienced Digital Performance Lead to elevate our performance marketing efforts. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor and inspire analysts and account managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Optimization and data Analysis
Provide expert-level guidance for day-to-day performance challenges, stepping in to identify innovative solutions when the team encounters roadblocks.
Conduct advanced analyses to unlock new growth opportunities.
Leverage tools such as BigQuery for high-level data analysis and reporting.
Manage ad-hoc client requests involving complex analyses and deliver data -backed insights.
Provide a ""fresh look"" during business reviews to recommend new strategies and analysis approaches.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a performance marketing role – a must
Experience within a digital marketing agency – an advantage
High level of spoken and written English
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field of study
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Meta Ads, LinkedIn ads and other marketing platforms (BigQuery an advantage)
Demonstrated ability to manage complex analyses and deliver actionable insights.
Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Connected Sheets, Lookr Studio, PowerBI or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present ideas and analyses to clients.
Proven track record of mentoring and training team members.
Background in managing data automation projects – an advantage
