Job Description:
Managing suppliers sourcing, negotiating and finalizing price list and agreements with strategic suppliers, creating purchase orders and managing the forecast order delivery process.
Coordinating and expediting supplies: monitoring orders, expediting/postponing deliveries, acting as an interface between internal organizational clients and suppliers.
Ensuring high quality performance for strategic suppliers, identify gaps, define actions and track for execution
Ensure effective stakeholders management, bringing value to the relevant internal departments
Leading cost-saving projects and process improvements.
Working with global procurement functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics and Business Administration, or Logistics mandatory.
Experience in procurement work, negotiation mandatory.
Full proficiency in Office and high Excel skills mandatory.
Full proficiency in English writing and speaking mandatory.
Experience in pharmaceutical companies an advantage.
Familiarity with project management methodologies an advantage.
Knowledge and experience with information systems mandatory, Oracle / SAP an advantage.
