As part of Teva's commitment to establishing leadership in biosimilars, this role plays a pivotal part in expanding the company’s biosimilar franchise and driving the commercialization of one of the most extensive biosimilars pipelines in the industry.
The position entails managing pipeline efforts for the U.S. market and overseeing governance processes, including launch management. This dual-function role offers a unique opportunity for deep insights into the go-to-market strategies for biosimilars through hands-on launch management experience. These learnings can be seamlessly integrated into planning for future pipeline assets, creating significant synergies that enhance the overall impact of the role.
How you’ll spend your day
Leads the strategic planning and execution of pipeline activities for the U.S. biosimilars market, ensuring alignment with Teva’s Pivot to Growth objectives.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including forecasting, finance, R&D, business development, market access, legal and regulatory affairs, to align pipeline efforts with commercial objectives.
Leads financial planning processes (long range planning) for biosimilar pipeline assets
Conducts robust scenario planning for future pipeline assets, leveraging insights from launch management to inform go-to-market strategies.
Supports BD assessments on behalf of the US biosimilars team.
Collaborates with alliance management on partnerships for pipeline assets.
Collaborates with the global biosimilars on Teva’s global biosimilars strategy.
Develops and drives governance processes, including comprehensive launch management strategies, ensuring seamless execution and timely market readiness.
Leads launch management (including one report and the launch management vendor) supporting biosimilar launch lead on biosimilar launch execution.
Supports all cross-functional teams with launch management.
Collaborates with the field facilitation team on the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement plans.
Identifies and mitigates commercialization risks by working closely with legal, compliance, and supply chain teams.
Identifies issues and optimizes processes in planning and commercialization.
