We are seeking an experienced Director of Product to lead our talent ecosystem initiatives across multiple strategic product areas.
This leader will directly manage a multi discipline team Product Managers and Designers while driving an integrated product strategy that connects our core platform offerings with innovative new solutions. The ideal candidate will balance maintaining established products with developing new market opportunities, ensuring consistent user experiences across our talent management ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Designers
Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps across different product lines including Mosaic- our innovative new product.
Partner with Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams
Collaborate with Sales , Account managers and Marketing on product positioning and go-to-market.
Build relationships with customers to gather feedback and validate product directions.
Define and track key product metrics for success.
Ensure coherent user experiences and integration across all product offerings.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Balance resources and priorities across core products and new innovations.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in a Product Director role.
At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS B2B sector.
Experience launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
Data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Advantage – Background in talent management, HR tech, or workforce solutions.
