Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of email marketing and digital communications specialists.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and optimization of multi-channel communication campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging.
• Develop strategies for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Data-driven decision making – analyze, prioritize, and optimize based on data and performance metrics.
• Communicate with all stakeholders in the company (Marketing, Sales, Studio, Retention, Product & Development).
• Ensure all communications are brand-consistent and meet quality standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B tests to optimize results.
• Enhance automation workflows and evaluate new tools for personalization and analytics.
• Technical understanding and ability to manage integrations.
