Required Engineering Program Manager

The Data Collection (DC) organization supplies diverse and high-quality datasets for all our technologies. We manage a global fleet of experimental vehicles equipped with cutting-edge sensors, ranging from basic camera systems to advanced surround setups with LiDAR, Radar, and INS for ground truth.
Our engineers are located across Israel, the USA, and Europe, working together to power our R&D with rich and varied data. You will join the Data Collection organization – an agile and multidisciplinary group, responsible for managing vehicle systems, analyzing the data, and ensuring timely delivery for further insights.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in engineering and management roles, developing products that seamlessly integrate complex processes and platform capabilities with customer requirements.
What will your job be like?
Delivers results by orchestrating the system architecture, technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs end-to-end.
Creatively guide processes and technology improvements that increase delivery efficiency for engineers and proactively address issues that help us meet a range of customer needs.
Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
Monitor program progress daily by syncing with engineering teams, identifying blockers, and updating project plans. Prepare and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries tailored for both technical stakeholders and senior management.
Draw from your hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
Defines key program metrics and communicates outcomes, blockers, and performance.
Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field- Must.
5+ years of experience in technical program or engineering management, including leading software or system development for sensor-based or embedded platforms (e.g., camera systems, real-time Linux, data logging systems) within enterprise technology environments.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of proactive working across the organization to drive issues to closure.
Experience designing, managing, or optimizing systematic end-to-end data flows an advantage.
Proven experience working with hardware sensors (e.g., LiDAR, Radar, GPS/INS) an advantage.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
