Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on web-oriented solutions.
Proven expertise with modern front-end frameworks, particularly React.
Up to 2 years of experience leading software development teams is a plus.
Strong technical background and hands-on experience in backend development; familiarity with Node.js and TypeScript is a significant advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for creating new products, with a strong understanding of client needs and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
Fluent English speaker, both verbal and written, required for clear and effective communication.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent military certifications.
