we are currently seeking a Field Application Engineer for the Business Development Department responsible for providing application and technical support to customers and the sales team. The Field Application Engineer will dentify new business opportunities based on customer requirements/needs and work with the appropriate divisions to define new products. This person will coordinate with the worldwide FAE team to support global customers and share application information.
What you will be doing:
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Visit customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage R&D relationships with customers.
Understand customer's hardware specification demands and define architecture accordingly.
Giving technical support and advice to sales
Supporting customers in terms of technical advice, component selection, and troubleshooting
Finding out new potential customers in Israel.
Keeping database effective
Providing application/component information to divisions in support of new product development.

Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical or equivalent fields of studies with broad experience in Engineering qualification
Experience in FAE or design engineering in electronics with understanding of hardwar architecture
Strong technical communication and leadership skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines
Experience writing application notes & technical / project documents.
Skills using electronics engineering tools (Egal Altium Eidex)
Excellent communication skills and business sense required
Fast learner team player who can work also individually
Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
Sociable, people-oriented, enjoys customer interactions
Able to travel frequently when required.
Skills using office applications with an emphasis with Excel PowerPoint
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Valid drivers license.
