The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A and Cost Accounting Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our financial planning and analysis efforts, as well as managing cost accounting functions. Your expertise will help us make informed strategic decisions and optimize our financial performance. How you’ll spend your day
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 
Design, develop, standardize and maintain production cost systems, processes and tools to track and report on production and operational costs and increase forecast accuracy 
Provide sites tools for calculations and analysis, uniform templates supporting accounting policies to ensure constant and accurate actual & forecast reporting; Build robust monthly recon process. 
Provide visibility through discipline and systems architecture, removing bottlenecks and layers to support full accountability, transactional and reporting; provide analytical reports, tracking per policy and focused KPI’s.  
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. 
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities. 
Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
