We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to join our innovative team as a Tech Lead. What You'll Do:
Define and execute the frontend product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
Lead the development and lifecycle of frontend systems used company-wide and in creatives distributed to massive user bases.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and user requirements seamlessly.
Analyze and document business and customer requirements for frontend solutions.
Oversee the entire frontend product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, managing timelines and resources.
Track and analyze frontend performance metrics to guide continuous improvement and optimization.
Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement creative solutions balancing technology and user experience.

5+ years in Frontend web development.
Strong experience with Javascript, Typescript & React.
Proven ability to review code and improve team technical capabilities.
Familiarity with modern software design patterns like micro frontends.
Experience in managing full product lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
Understanding of data pipelines and visualization tools.
Bonus: Experience with AdTech platforms or RTB systems is a plus.
