We seek a talented Full Stack Team Leader to lead a team of skilled developers focused on building scalable, cloud-based solutions in a microservices architecture. As our team leader youll be hands-on with code while also shaping the technical vision, mentoring engineers, and working closely with product and design to deliver impactful features from concept to production.

5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Full Stack / Backend / Frontend roles.
2+ years in a leadership position, managing developers or tech initiatives.
Proven experience with Node.js and Angular (or React/Vue with willingness to switch).
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and web security principles.
Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures, with knowledge of API gateways, RESTful services, and message queues (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kafka).
Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS systems, data isolation, and permission management.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including serverless and container-based services.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and testing frameworks for automated quality assurance.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and mentor engineers of
