3+ years full-stack experience, with a strong portfolio of React + TypeScript work
Experience working with Node.js, Koa/Express building REST APIs
Experience working with a database (PostgreSQL for instance)
A product-minded approach: you care about the why as much as the how
Comfortable in early-stage environments: self-directed, adaptable, and eager to take ownership
Team player
Bonus points
Knowledge in Clojure, Go, Scala
Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD tools
