About the Role:
In your role as a Global Talent Acquisition partner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify top talents for our rapidly expanding organization. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will source talent creatively and effectively, always considering the candidate's experience from the first screening interview to reference checks and job offers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout our full-cycle recruitment process.
Build strong relationships with internal and external interfaces around the globe.
Recruit and network with potential candidates using social media platforms, networking events, and other methods.
Establish a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates to support the organization's goals.
Keep the pipeline full of great, relevant candidates
Think of your data analysis as a process of 'keep learning and improving'
Responsible for initiating and managing recruitment and HR projects
Hack everythingpropose and lead initiatives

Hybrid 3 days a week from our office in Petach Tikva.

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience in recruiting across the tech ecosystem
Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
Experience in global recruitment an advantage
Background in fast-paced startup environments
Native English spoken, written, and read
Strong command of social media platforms and sourcing tools
Proven sourcing expertise with a focus on attracting passive talent
Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools
Experience in Employer Branding and Candidate Marketing a strong advantage
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal stakeholders and candidates.
