Required HCM Implementer
Description
Responsible for the project's architecture and providing solutions and support for all issues related to the SF platform.
Analyzing and defining business processes and adapting optimal solutions in the SAP Success Factors system.
Serving as a contact person with SAP regarding SF system requirements and the project's technical needs.
Writing business requirements, and functional and detailed specifications for new developments.

Requirements:
Over 4 years of experience in implementation, architecture, integration, and interfaces in the SF system.
Familiar with modules and interfaces such as: EC, REC, On Boarding ,LMS, PMGM.
Over 1 year of experience in analyzing business processes in the HR domain.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work with multiple users and interfaces, including senior staff, and ability to work in a team.
Leadership ability, independence skills.
Over 4 years of experience in implementation, architecture, integration, and interfaces in the SF system.
