Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale R&D teams.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end product development and delivery in global tech environments.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, delivery models, and lifecycle management.
Experience working with GenAI technologies and a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
A background in Computer Science or a related field (Information Systems, Software Engineering, etc.).
Prior experience as a director
A track record of influencing and inspiring senior engineers and managers, with a deep understanding of leadership and management practices.
Experience in services-oriented organizations and a strong delivery DNA.
