This is a hands-on role that combines active recruitment with day-to-day HR management. You will report directly to the CEO and manage our internal recruiter, forming the core of People & Talent function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, HR compliance, employee relations, offboarding.
Lead and execute recruitment efforts across all departments: sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Handle payroll processes: work directly with the payroll accountant, ensure accurate salary updates, employment changes, and all payroll-related activities.
Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and leadership.
Support managers with employee development, performance processes, and organizational needs.
Build and maintain HR processes, templates, internal documentation, and HR reporting.
Drive People-related initiatives: employee onboarding, retention efforts, internal communications.
Manage and mentor the internal recruiter.
Ensure full confidentiality and professionalism in all People Operations activities.
3+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager in a startup or mid-sized tech company.
Strong, hands-on operational experience managing full HR processes independently.
Solid experience in handling payroll processes, working directly with payroll providers or accountants.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading HR processes without heavy support structures.
Proven experience working directly with a CEO.
Solid experience leading recruitment activities across diverse departments.
Ability to handle high-speed, dynamic, changing environments.
Native-level Hebrew and excellent English (spoken and written).
