We are looking for an ILS program Manager to the day to day service activities including:
* Build & obtain long term service contracts
* Manage the Service calls and RMA processes,systems and tools
* Define and manage Services KPIs
* Coordinate companys resources for achieving SLA commitments
* Manage sales administration activities

Requirements:
* 3 years of relevant experience (RMA, SLAs, Service) with complex hardware products
* Vast experience as a large programs ILS program manager
* Experience from defense companies advantage
* A team player and great communicator, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
* Knowledge in providing Technical Support and product maintenance life-cycle.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
* High level of English verbal and written
