What Youll Do:
Build and nurture a strong network of end-users, partners, agents, and distributors across the region.
Drive techno-commercial sessions, presentations, and live demonstrations to potential clients.
Represent the company at key domestic and international HLS security exhibitions.
Lead the sales cycle through matrix management, collaborating with Pre-Sales, Project Managers, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams.
Requirements:
Proven background in the defense sector Mandatory
2+ years of experience in integration project sales Mandatory
Track record in selling complex technological hardware solutions Mandatory
English Mandatory
French proficiency Advantage for the African market
Technical orientation analytical mindset
Self-driven, highly adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
