we are looking for a System Administrator to join the IT team. The System Administrator will help manage the organizational IT infrastructure (which is mostly SaaS-based), Network Infrastructure, Servers on the cloud, Managing permissions to systems, meeting rooms, set up permissions, hardening devices, supporting user issues, setting up new users and devices, and performing other IT-related tasks.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the organizations infrastructure and system architecture, delivering professional, scalable, and high-quality solutions for complex challenges.
Continuously assess and update existing infrastructure technologies to ensure relevancy and effectiveness, identify areas for improvement to formulate future technology roadmaps.
Act as a tech support, provide technical support to employees for both simple and complex issues.
Plan, lead, and implement IT projects, including rollouts and infrastructure upgrades, collaboration with other teams (DevOps, Security), with full project management responsibility.
Embed security best practices into all infrastructure designs, including principles like Zero Trust, IAM, encryption standards, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee the network environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Be the administrator for Google Workspace and JumpCloud, including the management of the JumpCloud MDM and Applications, and Google Gmail, Calendar, Drive and other Google applications.
Maintain and manage the IT servers and resources hosted on AWS.
Configure, install, and maintain office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, Conference room technology, IT asset management and other peripherals.
