We are seeking an experienced Lead Algorithms Architect with strong RF signal analysis expertise, preferably in GNSS. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Real-Time algorithms for signal processing and hardware systems, with a focus on Machine Learning and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement advanced RF signal processing, Machine Learning, and control algorithms.
* Optimize algorithms for HW performance, power efficiency, and computational tasks.
* Prototype algorithms in MATLAB and experiment with various solutions.
* Stay updated on trends in RF algorithms, GNSS, electronic warfare, and Machine Learning.
* Lead and mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Define testing procedures and document algorithm designs and optimizations.

5+ years of algorithm design and development in high-performance or Embedded environments.
Proficient in MATLAB, Python, C ++ for algorithm development and simulation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
Deep knowledge in advanced mathematics, linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and optimization methods.
MSc or PhD in Electronics Engineering, specializing in electromagnetic fields (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of algorithm design and development in high-performance or Embedded environments.
Proficient in MATLAB, Python, C ++ for algorithm development and simulation.
