This is a dynamic in-house position that plays a critical role in supporting the company's local and global operations, with a particular focus on data privacy and data security, as well as technology and other commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, data protection regulations and corporate governance.

Responsibilities:

* Data Privacy & Security: Provide legal guidance on global data privacy and data protection matters, including compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, Israeli Privacy Law, etc.). Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure lawful and secure data processing practices.
* Commercial & Technology Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including licensing, SaaS, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
* Corporate and Commercial Legal Support: Provide legal counsel to company departments on a wide array of legal matters. Draft and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Help manage legal risk and ensure legal consistency across operations.
